Church Granted Permit to Only Allow White People

The City of Murdock, Minnesota has granted a permit that allows a church to only allow white people through the doors.

The Asatru Folk Assembly has been granted a permit to allow only white people into their church.

Some residents are pushing back against the decision. 50,000 signatures have been collected on an online petition.

The town has a population of just 280 people.

The Asatru Folk Assembly is a white supremacist international Ásatrú organization, founded by Stephen A. McNallen in 1994. Its doctrines are based on ethnicity, an approach it calls "folkish".
