Changes to City Facilities due to Alert Level

There are changes to several city services due to the move to Alert Level 4.

All children, youth and family programs, afterschool and pre-school programs, adult and seniors programs, water and dryland fitness programs, swimming lessons, racquetball court rentals are all delayed.

Recreational swimming at City Recreation Facilities, the Winter Activity Centre, and the Loop at Bannerman Park remain open.

City Hall counter will be closed for in-person planning and development applications and permits. Applications will be processed by email.

Humane Services will be open by appointment only.

The Business Information Centre is open for telephone or virtual appointments.
