Vaccines might be rolling out on both sides of the border but don't expect the Canada/United States border to open anytime soon.

On Thursday Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said that non-essential travel restrictions between Canada and the US have been extended by another 30 days.

This extension will be until at least April 21st.

The border first closed on March 20, 2020.

At 8,891 km, the Canada–United States border is the longest international border in the world between two countries.
