Bloomberg Drops Out of Presidential Race


Michael Bloomberg has dropped out of the race for president.


Of the several states that held their primaries, Bloomberg only won American Samoa. A U.S. territory with a population of around 55 thousand.


On Wednesday morning he officially bowed out of the race and endorsed former Vice-President Joe Biden.


Bloomberg is an American businessman, politician, philanthropist, and author.


He is the majority owner and co-founder of Bloomberg L.P., was the mayor of New York City from 2002 to 2013.
