Biden tests positive for COVID-19

U.S. President Joe Biden has tested positive for COVID-19.

A statement from the White House says that Biden is experiencing a runny nose, fatigue, and cough, all described as mild symptoms.

As a result, Biden will be prescribed Paxlovid and will undergo an isolation period.

Biden is fully vaccinated and has received two boosters.
