Ben Harper enters Political Career

The son of former Prime Minister Stephen Harper, Ben Harper, has entered the political world.


Maclean’s confirmed that Ben Harper is employed as an aide to Alberta Premier Jason Kenney.


In some capacity, he has worked at the Alberta legislature since June, as an aide to the finance minister and economic development minister.


Ben Harper largely grew up in political circles. He is now 24 years old and his father served as prime minister from 2006 until 2015.
