Annual Funding for Conservation Corps Announced

The provincial government has announced $147,000 in annual funding for the Conservation Corps Newfoundland and Labrador.

Minister Davis joined Green Teams at the Royal Canadian Legion in Pleasantville as they received training about climate change that will prepare them to head out into communities to complete projects with youth this summer.

The funding will be used to assist with its operations, including public education and outreach services, and the Climate Change Education Centre.
