Impaired Driver Arrested in Humbermouth Area #nltraffic

On Sunday evening the RNC received a complaint from the general public of a female driving while impaired in the Humbermouth area of the city.

During the investigation, the female was stopped and detained in the Main Street area.

As a result, a 41 year female resident of Corner Brook was charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Driving a Motor Vehicle while Blood Alcohol Concentration was 80 mg% or greater.

The female was also charged for operating a motor vehicle without an Insurance Policy in effect. The female’s driver’s licence was suspended for 90 days and the vehicle was impounded for 30 days.

She will appear in Provincial Court in March 2020 for the impaired related charges.
