Applications Available for Community Garden Support Program

The provincial government has made grants available for municipalities and community groups to establish and enhance new and existing community gardens.

The Provincial Government is continuing to invest $100,000 annually into non-repayable grants.

In 2021, the program supported 146 community gardens. Approximately 7,400 people participated in and benefited from, this program last year.

There is no deadline to apply, however, applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
