RNC Request Assistance Following Collision in Metro

The RNC is requesting the assistance of the community following a collision in St. John's on Wednesday.

At approximately 4:20 pm, officers responded to a report of a motor vehicle collision on Portugal Cove Road, near the Trans-Canada Highway on-ramp. The collision involved a motorcycle and a red Toyota SUV. The operator of the motorcycle was transported to a hospital from the scene to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

Investigators are requesting any witnesses or anyone with dash camera footage in the area around the time of the collision.
