The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary in Corner Brook has charged a suspended driver with Impaired Driving on Sunday morning, September 17.
On September 17, 2017 at approximately 9:40 a.m. a member from RNC Patrol Services conducted a traffic safety stop with a vehicle after receiving a complaint that the vehicle had been driving erratically in the Curling area of the City.
As a result of an investigation, a 43 year male was arrested and charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle, Driving with Blood-Alcohol concentration in excess of 80 mg%, Breach of Court Order and Driving while Suspended.
The accused remains in custody and will appear in Provincial Court in Corner Brook on September 18. The vehicle was seized and impounded by police.
