Trump pleads not guilty to 34 felony counts


Former U.S. President Donald Trump surrendered at a Manhattan courthouse this afternoon making him the first U.S. President to be indicted.

Trump pleaded not guilty to 34 felony counts of falsifying business records.

Trump has left the court to head to the airport where he will return to Florida.

Trump has left the courtroom and has pleaded not guilty to all charges.

He will be fingerprinted.

Security is tight in New York City. There is speculation that there could be protests. The Mayor of New York City Eric Adams said, "Protest peacefully or you will be held accountable."
