Tom Osborne announces retirement

Minister of Health and Community Services and the MHA for Waterford Valley Tom Osborne is retiring in July

Osborne was first elected as a Progressive Conservative on February 22, 1996, before crossing the floor and becoming a Liberal on August 29, 2013. He has served as an MHA for 28 years.

Osborne is the province's longest consecutively-serving MHA having been in the House of Assembly since 1996.
