Talks have broken off between NAPE and Choices for Youth.

Thursday marked the 17th day of the strike. Workers have voted 100 percent in favour of continuing the strike.

The strike impacts nine employees.

The Lilly is a 14-unit congregate living supportive housing facility for youth operated by Choices for Youth.
