Memorial University's St. John's, Marine Institute and Signal Hill campuses, including the Childcare Centre, will be delayed in opening today due to inclement weather. There will be an update at 11 a.m.
CNA Carbonear is closed all day.
CNA Placentia is closed all day.
CNA Prince Philip Drive campus, Daycare, TRO, ATC, PPB and Employment Office closed for the morning, update at 11:00 a.m.
CNA Burin will be closed for the morning with an update at 11 a.m.
CNA Clarenville will be closed for the morning with an update at 11 a.m.
CNA Grand Falls-Windsor will be closed for the morning with an update at 11 a.m.
CNA Gander will be closed for the morning with an update at 11 a.m.
CNA Bonavista will be closed all day.

Provincial Government offices in the St. John’s metro region will be closed for the morning, except for those staff who have been advised to come in to work. Update at 11:00 a.m.
St. John's City facilities will be closed this morning, with an update at 11 a.m. This includes City Hall, recreation facilities and the residential drop off at Robin Hood Bay. The Robin Hood Bay Waste Management Facility will remain open.
Waste and recycling collection scheduled for Thursday, February 15 is postponed to Saturday, February 17. Waste and recycling that was scheduled for February 14 will now take place on Friday, February 16. Bags and carts must not be placed at the curb until 6 to 8 a.m. on collection day, as it could interfere with snow clearing efforts.
In Mount Pearl, garbage and recycling collection scheduled for Thursday, February 15th will be postponed until Friday, February 16th.
All Town facilities, including the Town Hall and Paradise Double Ice Complex, are closed for the morning. An update will be provided at 11:30 a.m.
In the Town of Conception Bay South, garbage collection for today, (Areas 3A and 3B) has been postponed to Monday, February 19. Recycling collection for Thursday in Area 3B has been cancelled for this week and will not be collected until the next scheduled recycling day on February 29.

Metrobus is not operating this morning. A further update about the resumption of service will be provided at around 11:00 a.m.
