Shots fired in Downtown St. John’s area
The RNC is investigating an event of shots fired in the area of Livingstone Street at Carter's Hill in St. John's.
No injuries reported at this time. This is not believed to be a random event.
There is a significant RNC presence downtown St. John's as the investigation continues.
