RNC Seize Cocaine in Operation Rebellion

The RNC with assistance from the RCMP has seized a large quantity of cocaine in Operation Rebellion.

Back in February, police initiated Operation Rebellion in response to public safety concerns related to illicit drug activity. Following the collaborative approach spanning from St. John's to Montreal, officers seized 5 kilograms of cocaine at St. John’s International Airport.

A 23-year-old man from St. John’s was arrested and released. Charges are pending in relation to this ongoing investigation.
