Province Rounds Out The Weekend With a New COVID-19 Case

Newfoundland and Labrador has one new reported case of COVID-19.
The new case is a female in the Eastern Health region between 20-39 years of age and is related to international travel and the individual is a resident of Newfoundland and Labrador.
Public Health said in a news release that the individual is self-isolating and contact tracing is finished. Anyone considered a close contact has been advised to quarantine.
Right now the province has five active cases. 381 people have recovered from the virus.
One person remains in the hospital. So far, 74,645 people have been tested.
