NAPE reaches an agreement on 16 collective agreements

NAPE has reached an agreement with the provincial government on 16 collective agreements.

These agreements will still be subject to ratification by over 21,000 NAPE members across the province.

The 16 bargaining units are:

• Air Services

• CNA Faculty

• CNA Support Staff

• Correctional Officers

• General Service

• Group Homes

• Health Professionals

• Hospital Support Staff

• Laboratory X-ray

• Marine Services

• MOS

• NLC

• School Boards

• Student Assistants

• Ushers

• WorkplaceNL

Neogotions are ongoing for MUNL and Marine Institute.

In order to respect NAPE’s ratification process, details on the agreements will be released upon ratification.

NAPE will be presenting these tentative agreements to members in the coming weeks.
