Man charged with drunk driving after collision in St. John's
On Friday evening police responded to a two-vehicle collision in the center area of St. John's.
The passenger in one vehicle was transported to the Health Sciences Centre for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the other vehicle, a 51-year-old male, was detained and charged with impaired driving and failing the breathalyzer.
Police seized the vehicle and the accused was released to appear in court at a later date.
