Man charged after blood alcohol reading more than four times legal limit
The RCMP were called to a report of a collision in a Gambo parking lot and a possible impaired driver.
The man was arrested and provided breath samples of 360mg%, which is more than four times the legal limit.
His vehicle was impounded, his driver’s license was suspended and he was held in custody overnight.
He will appear in court at a later date to respond to charges of impaired operation and impaired operation with a blood alcohol content over 80mg%.
