Man arrested after accident in St. John's

On Tuesday evening there was a single vehicle collision in the west end of St. Johns.

When officers arrived they determined that the driver, a 32-year-old male, was operating a vehicle while impaired.

The accused was charged with Impaired Driving and Failing the Breathalyzer with a reading over three times the legal limit.

The accused had his license suspended, his vehicle seized, and he was released to appear in court at a later date.
