Fred Hutton wins Conception Bay East-Bell Island By-Election

BREAKING NEWS: Newfound News projects Liberal Candidate Fred Hutton has won the Conception Bay-East Bell Island riding.

Progressive Conservative Candidate Tina Neary is in second place.

With 40 polls reporting out of 51, Hutton leads by about 400 votes.
