The Canadian Coast Guard has completed the removal of the Hamilton Banker in Colliers.

Hamilton Banker partially sank in Harbour Grace in 2006. Afterwards, it was towed to Colliers to judge if it was sea-worthy or salvageable.

The ship ran aground during "Snowmageddon" in 2020.

A tugboat towed the dismantled Hamilton Banker out of Colliers. From there it will be sent to safe recycling facilities.
