Grand Falls-Windsor searching for missing woman

Grand Falls-Windsor RCMP is seeking the public’s help in locating 77-year-old Loretta Decker, who was last seen in the Toulette Drive area of Grand Falls-Windsor just before midnight on Saturday, December 2.

She has hazel eyes and was last seen wearing pyjamas and a sweater.
