Department of Justice files motion to unseal search warrant executed at Trump's home

United States Attorney General Merrick Garland made an announcement this afternoon regarding the search warrant that was executed at Mar-a-Lago, the home of former U.S. President Donald Trump earlier this week.

Garland said that the Department of Justice has filed a motion to unseal the search warrant that was executed at Trump's home.

Should the warrant be unsealed, it will provide insight into what items were removed from Mar-a-Lago.

On Monday night the FBI descended on the home of the former president.
