Customers Report Sporadic Cell Phone Problems

There appear to be telephone calling problems in parts of Newfoundland today.

In some cases, calls will not connect or there is a recording saying that all circuits are busy. Some have also reported problems with text messages.

The problems are not limited to one carrier, both Telus and Bell customers have reported sporadic problems today.

An all-circuits-busy message or a fast-busy tone means that there aren't any free outgoing lines.

Neither company has reported that there are any problems.
