Canada to face Czechia in gold medal game at World Juniors

The 2023 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships comes to an end today with Canada going for gold.

Canada will face off against Czechia at 8:00 pm Newfoundland time in the gold medal game at the Scotiabank Centre in Halifax.

Zach Dean from Mount Pearl is on the team.

The United States will take on Sweden in the bronze medal game which takes place at 4:00 pm today.

The event was held in both Halifax, NS and Moncton, NB. This is the 18th time Canada is hosting the WJIHC.
