Bus Passes for Income Support Pilot Program in the Mail

Those who receive Income Support in the metro St. John's area can expect their bus passes soon.

The Provincial Government said that bus passes, including activation instructions, are in the mail and should be delivered in the coming days.

Individuals in receipt of income support living in the metro St. John’s area who do not receive a bus pass in the mail by September 23 are asked to call or email the department.

At first, the program was set to launch in April, however, the rollout was delayed due to COVID-19.
