ATV rollover leaves one dead #nltraffic

On Thursday afternoon RCMP responded to a report that an ATV had rolled over on the T’railway east of the Norris Arm North Highway.

There were two occupants on the ATV. A 69-year-old man from Lewisporte was found deceased under the ATV. A young passenger on the ATV was uninjured.

The ATV had rolled approximately six to eight feet off the trail.

The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner has been engaged and the investigation into the cause of the rollover is continuing.
