On Tuesday RCMP conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle travelling at a high rate of speed in Hughes Brook which led to tickets issued and seizure of the vehicle.
Officers observed a car travelling 39 km/h above the posted speed limit within a residential area. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver, a 25-year-old man, was found to be driving without a valid driver’s licence and insurance.
The vehicle was seized and the driver was issued summary offence tickets.
