Face Masks Mandatory as of Today

As of today, anyone over the age of five must wear a non-medical face mask when inside public places in Newfoundland.

The directive was announced last week by the Chief Medical Officer of Health Dr. Janice Fitzgerald.

On Sunday, there are no new confirmed cases of COVID-19. The province has no active cases.

Two hundred and sixty-five people have recovered from the virus.

To date, 30,140 people have been tested.
