On Saturday afternoon the RNC conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in St. John’s.
As a result of the traffic stop the 50-year-old male driver was issued a summary offence ticket for driving without insurance, driving with a suspended driver’s license, failing to transfer ownership of a vehicle and driving an unregistered vehicle.
His vehicle was impounded.
