Corner Brook RNC Arrest Intoxicated Male #nltraffic

At 2:00 am on Saturday morning the RNC in Corner Brook responded to a report that a male had left a commercial business who they believed to be intoxicated and he was headed to a vehicle and suspected he would be driving.


 
Officers attended and located the male in his vehicle.


 
The male was arrested and a demand of his breath for analysis was given by police of which he refused. As a result of the investigation, a 38-year-old male resident of Corner Brook was charged with refusal to provide a breath sample under a demand.


 
He was released to appear in Court at a later date, his vehicle was impounded and his license suspended.
